Padmakshi Yoga is pleased to offer the following classes

to help you deal with stress:

Sivananda Yoga

Sivananda yoga classes are currently offered Wednesday mornings at 9 am, Fridays at 5 pm and some Saturdays at 2:30 pm and 3:45 pm (please check class schedule and monthly calendar), at The Authentic Living Center in Troy, 1640 Axtell Road. Your first class is free of charge. Yoga classes are complementary for those enrolled at the same time in the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course. You may drop-in to the yoga class any day when it is offered. Check -in at the front desk and let them know it is your first class. The yoga room is on the lower level. Monthly Drop-In Meditation

Monthly drop-in meditation classes are being offered on Sundays, and will focus on a particular theme each month to help you with your own ongoing meditation practice. The style of meditation practiced is Vipassana (mindfulness). There is no fee for these classes, although donations are accepted. To view the current schedule, please click on the following link:

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course (MBSR)

This course is currently offered a 3-4 times per year, and incorporates meditation and gentle yoga to help teach you how to cope better with stress. All group yoga classes are free to those enrolled in the MBSR course.
